Having worked in the cosmetology industry for thirty years I have had the opportunity to learn much about the “business of beauty”. My experience stared at a young age as my father was a cosmetologist and a salon owner. Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York, and having worked nationally and internationally in Rome, Italy, I have been exposed to many different cultures and philosophies of fashion and style. When I reflect upon the past thirty years and what I have learned in the fashion industry, it excites me to think in anticipation of what the next thirty will bring.
Nazly
Edenburg

Born in Columbia, South America, Nazly realized her passion for cosmetology at a very early age. Her grandmother was the first person to introduce her to the world of cosmetology and as the years progressed, her love for hair and makeup continued to grow and become stronger. Once becoming an accomplished stylist and educator Nazly soon realized she enjoyed mentoring and helping others to achieve their goals so she continued her education with the teachers program. Her experience in teaching cosmetology students refined her attention to detail and allowed her to hone her speaking skills. She was the lead stylist for a prominent cosmetology school commercial advertisement and was their Teacher of the Year for 2004. Her passion for the industry has motivated her to compete in several competitions, such as City of Hope where she won first place and Bubbles Salon competitions where she won 3rd place. Her work has been published in Philadelphia Weekly and Hair Style Sophisticates hair magazine etc. Nazly loves that she is able to influence and impact the lives of young men and women that also have the desire and motivation to become a successful stylist, as she is today.
